Use BarberShopLinks Responsibly.

Directory service

BarberShopLinks helps visitors discover barbershops and barbers. It does not provide barbering services and is not responsible for independent businesses, appointments, transactions, injuries, disputes, or third-party websites.

No guarantee

Listings may contain errors or become outdated. Users must independently confirm information important to their decisions, including licensing, availability, services, prices, health and safety practices, and suitability.

Submissions

You may submit information only when you are authorized to do so. Submitted material must be accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and free of malicious code. You grant BarberShopLinks permission to review, format, verify, and display approved business or professional information for operating and promoting the directory.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, impersonate another person or business, submit false claims, interfere with operation, harvest personal information, or reproduce substantial portions of the directory without written permission.

Premium placement

Future paid, sponsored, or Founders placement will be identified appropriately and governed by the applicable written offer. Payment does not guarantee an objective ranking, credential, or endorsement.

Changes and contact

Features and these terms may change as the service develops. Material changes should be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to Joel@Joelnet.net.

These launch terms are a practical draft and should receive attorney review before accepting payments, subscriptions, or binding commercial memberships.
